HBS Fasteners manufactures premium Flat Point Grub Screws, engineered for versatility and surface protection. Unlike cup or cone points that “bite” into the metal, the flat point distributes pressure evenly across a larger surface area. This makes them the ideal choice for securing components on thin-walled shafts or where the screw must press against a “flat” machined on a shaft. They are also widely used as adjusting screws where the tip must slide against a surface during calibration.
