Description
HBS Fasteners manufactures premium Hex Head SEMS Screws, the ultimate solution for high-speed manufacturing and heavy-duty mechanical joints. By permanently attaching one or more washers to the screw before the thread-rolling process, we ensure the washer is “captive” and cannot be lost. The hexagonal head allows for high-torque tightening using wrenches or socket drivers, making these screws ideal for structural and automotive applications. This integrated design significantly reduces assembly time, simplifies inventory management, and ensures that the washer is always present to protect the mating surface.
