By permanently attaching one or more washers to the screw before the thread-rolling process, we ensure the washer is “captive” and cannot be lost. The hexagonal head allows for high-torque tightening using wrenches or socket drivers, making these screws ideal for structural and automotive applications. This integrated design significantly reduces assembly time, simplifies inventory management, and ensures that the washer is always present to protect the mating surface.

• Standard: Manufactured in accordance with DIN 6900 and compatible with DIN 933 or ISO 4017 head dimensions.

• Washer Combinations: * Single SEMS: One flat or spring washer.

  • Double SEMS: A combination of a spring lock washer and a flat washer for maximum security.

  • Conical/Square Washers: For specialized industrial clamping requirements.

• Drive Type: External Hexagon for high-leverage tightening (available with an optional top slot or cross-recess).
